Vaccination registration is only for foreigners aged 18 years and over

(born in 2003 or before) residing in Khonkaen and nearby provinces.

- If you are a foreigner aged 18 years and over and have never been vaccinated against COVID-19 before, you can register for the first dose. (AstraZeneca) by filling out the form below.

- Vaccination at the Health Promotion Center, 2nd floor, Bangkok Hospital KhonKaen.

- Registered people can check their registration status. and confirm vaccination via https://it-nurse.bkn.co.th/checkstatus.php
